Greetings again,

I apologize for taking so long to get these together -- I have been wrapped up in coordinating the (exciting) UGA Choral Day Festival coming up in late September, so I have been very distracted. As a result of the lateness one of the concert dates listed in section [2] has already come and gone (sorry Jeeyoon, hope the concert was a success!).

We'll do another round sometime in the winter. Until then, feel free to send your links for the webpage [http://www.gregorywbrown.com/wcc_01/] and any news or events that may come up.

_Anna_Pecoraro_ writes: ''I spent a year teaching k-8 general music at St. Michael's School in Silver Spring Maryland, 2001-2002... Am currently a 3rd year doctoral student in clinical psychology at the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology of Widener University and am pursuing a dual degree in human sexuality (sex therapy)... I am also completing my prerequisite courses for medical school at the local community college and working as an organist at two local Catholic churches, after practicing my arse off to play the organ somewhat passibly for congregations... _Greg_Brown_ adds the following, in the vain hopes that anyone is anywhere near Athens, Georgia on a random Tuesday night in October.

I'll be conducting the UGA Women's Glee Club in a performance of Brahms _Vier_Gesaenge_ for womens chorus, 2 horns and harp on Tuesday, Oct. 26 at 8pm in Hugh Hodgson Concert Hall in the UGA Performing Arts Center. I really don't know what else is on the program as I'm sharing it with some other conductors/choirs. If you are interested in coming, contact me and I'll let you know how to get there.

[3] News and Events from Westminster

I was recently made aware of the updated website that Westminster will soon be presenting. It is not complete yet and not all of the links work, but you can get a sense of the new look that will be coming along in the near future.

I got an email recently announcing the Westminster Online Store, which handles recordings that Westminster has done over the years, including Westminster Choir's latest disc, ''Heaven to Earth.''
http://www.westminsterchoircollege.org

I was also recently made aware of the Calendar page at Westminster's website, which includes all of the upcoming concerts for faculty and students. The Westminster Performs page is not updated at the moment, so for the time being, this is the only option.
